For me, the stable is a place where I go when everyday life stresses me out. Here, I can relax and I can take my mind off things that cause me stress. Even though the COVID-19 pandemic has been difficult in many ways and, of course, we wear masks with our customers at the stable, when I get to ride a horse, it is exactly as before. That’s one thing that hasn’t changed. At the stable, I can even forget the global pandemic for a while.
The community is also very important at the stable. The group has always helped, supported and cheered me on; both in riding and in life in general. For me, it is an important lifeline.”
